The SPG motors distributor in Illinois does not answer the phone, their voice mailbox is always full, and they do not respond to emails.
I have experienced this personally, as have staff in our USA office in PA.
Our Supplier in the USA has also commented on the poor service from SPG USA Inc.
If you have any doubt, then try calling or emailing them yourself.

Please provide an alternative supplier for SPG motors in the USA ?
