I have a Samsung Auger Fridge Motor, part number ISG-3245SSB, which I believe you supplied (your name on it). The screw thread that comes out of the motor has sheared / snapped so I need a new one. Can you supply the piece with the screw thread or do I have to buy a whole new motor? I've attached an image of the motor, with an arrow pointing to the part with the screw thread that I need.
